SANMIN PROJECT Execution Models
In order to meet and exceed client needs efficiently and effectively, we have come up with three
different project execution models.
1 Offshore Model :
Complete project execution is done offshore. Round the clock operation is followed to reduce project
cycle time and optimize the cost.
An Offshore Development Center (ODC) which is fully dedicated to customer requirements can be
formed and can be treated as a separate team. Dedicated resources and facilities are provided to
ODC to facilitate project execution. ODC team consists of professionals with excellent
communication & project management skills as well as deep knowledge in CAD/CAM/CAE
technology required to cater to various engineering needs.
2 Onsite-Offshore Model :
Project execution takes place offshore and onsite. Offshore part of this model is same as the offshore
model with respect to resources, facilities, operating model etc. Dedicated project team with a project
coordinator can be formed Onsite or only a coordinator is deputed as per client’s requirements.
This model improves communication link between offshore team.
3 Onsite Model :
In this model complete project execution is done at an onsite location of the client’s preference. A
dedicated project execution team is delegated onsite to meet customer’s requirements. Onsite team
interacts directly with the customer.
